i was able to get my tumblr custom theme to function just like neocities! its all the same except for having to link images, music, ect, instead of having folders. but im proud i was able to figure it out. and having a custom domain there is free, take a look. im really flip flopping between here and there bc of ease of access but idk. its good to have options. ive made quite a new neocities sites, i havent directly experienced toxicity or stupid ass trivial fucking discourse here, but idk i tend to see it. i havent seen any of it on tumblr lately. mmm sure it can be toxic, but literally any social media can be. hell, look at twitter. i think because the updated tumblr meta ettiquite is to block people you dont like/dont want to engage with. i think thats something everyone should do. instead of qrting it with something dumb to say. this is becoming a think piece but i really think that some shit has just broken peoples brains. everything has to be pathologized, or a specific way; nothing can be nuanced; it must be black and white. its tiring, its stupid. its not how people function day to day. questioning the way things are is always okay, but it seems everyone has a hypothesis about something. and instead of proving it, we just declare it as fact i guess. im getting kind of angry, its really sickening how shit things are. i just dont get it. i really dont. i hate that crazy people make themselves the loudest. anyways a couple days ago i went out with a homie and it was fun. we drove around alot and just smoked and relaxed. i dont like smoking by myself, its just lame for me. but we saw this wanted poster on a gamestop for some dudes who robbed it and it just was so hilarious to me. they dont have shit in that cash register, its a game stop. and im just like bruh.
